A thank you to the community members who turned out on 4 October to Mt Barker Council on the night that the Littlehampton Blakiston Masterplan was discussed – over 40 community members attended.

Deputations were also made on this night by Andrew Thompson representing the parents of Littlehampton Primary School and Greg Bell representing the Littlehampton Community Association.

Prior to the night it was decided by Council to bring the Masterplan for approval without the section on use of the Glebe land removed, with the section involving the use of Glebe land to be discussed and considered at the meeting of 5 December.

Littlehampton Community Association would like to encourage as many community members as possible to attend this important meeting that will affect the future of our town.

Please consider attending the Council meeting Monday 5 December 2016 at 7pm at the Mt Barker Council Offices, Dutton Rd, Mt Barker. It would be fantastic to have a  full gallery at the meeting of Littlehampton people to show that there is a lot of community feeling about the Glebe Land.

We would like to thank you in advance for your support in this very important matter.
